By registering an account on the mari44 platform, logging in to an existing account, or using any feature of the Platform — including browsing the game lobby, placing bets, or accessing promotional materials — you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless the player has selected a cryptocurrency payment method, in which case equivalent MYR values apply at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the identity on your KYC documents. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of any outstanding KYC requirements or active fraud investigations.
The Platform is prohibited from being used as a vehicle for money laundering. Players must not deposit funds for the purpose of withdrawing them without genuine gaming activity. Accounts demonstrating deposit-withdrawal patterns inconsistent with normal gaming activity will be subject to investigation and potential account suspension pending review.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to: copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineering any software component of the Platform; or using the Platform's brand assets in any commercial or promotional context without prior written consent from mari44.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mari44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
The Platform's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, mari44 reserves the right to void all pending bonuses and, where fraud has been determined, to forfeit account balances to the extent permitted by applicable law. Real-money balances from legitimate deposits in non-fraud termination scenarios will be returned to the player following identity verification.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the Platform's international gaming authority licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.
Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, players are required to submit a written complaint to mari44 support and allow a minimum of 14 business days for internal resolution. The Platform targets resolution of the majority of account disputes within 5 business days of receiving complete supporting documentation.
Nothing in this section shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
